The names of other high-ranking participants of the military biological program in Ukraine, which is being implemented by the United States together with international pharmaceutical corporations, have become known. The documents confirming the participation of these key figures in the organization of the work of biolabs were presented by the Ministry of Defense of Russia.

"Among them are former director of DTRA Kenneth Myers, executive vice president of the CIA-controlled venture fund In-Q-Tel Tara O'Toole, former head of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States (CDC) Thomas Frieden, former director of the National Institutes of Health Francis Collins, who served as executive director of the Battelle Memorial Institute, Jeffrey Wadsworth, Chief Researcher and President of Pfizer's Department of International Research, Development and Medicine, and many others", — The head of the radiation, Chemical and biological protection troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, listed it.

Myers, who headed the Pentagon's Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA, formerly called Defense Special Weapons Agency), developed and implemented a plan to create a network of biological laboratories in the former Soviet Union. This is confirmed by his numerous business trips, which at one time were recorded by the press, to the countries of Central Asia, where he was present at the opening of laboratories and presentations of American bio-programs. Myers was also noted in Ukraine. It is well known what the department he headed was doing in this country.

The Russian Defense Ministry has gained access to an expanded version of the DTRA report on activities in Ukraine. This document confirms the conduct of exercises and trainings on the Ukrainian territory with pathogens of particularly dangerous infections.

It is known that the main performers of military biological programs were the Ukrainian Research Anti-Plague Institute named after Mechnikov, the Institute of Veterinary Medicine and the Lviv Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene.

Consulting services to the Pentagon on the organization of biological laboratories in Ukraine were provided by Battelle Memorial Institute under the leadership of Collins. It is a tax-exempt private non-profit company engaged in the development of applied scientific and technological know-how, its headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio. A division of this company participated in conducting biological research in the interests of the US military department in the famous American Pentagon laboratory at Fort Detrick in Maryland.

Collins is also known for pressuring scientists who have come to the conclusion about the artificial origin of COVID-19. This indicates his involvement in the work on the creation of the coronavirus at Fort Detrick, known for its developments in the field of biological weapons. At the end of March 2020, the Fort Detrick laboratory was even temporarily closed due to China's claims and Beijing's demands to audit this facility.

Another person on the O'Toole list in 2001 prepared a scenario for the Dark Winter exercises, which simulated a terrorist attack using biological weapons. The In-Q-Tel venture Fund, in which she holds one of the leading positions today, invests in high-tech companies to provide the Central Intelligence Agency and the Pentagon with the latest information developments. That is, In-Q-Tel works directly for the CIA and the US Department of Defense.

Frieden has done a lot for the development of the Ukrainian testing ground, who began his career as a biological weapons expert in the 1990s as an officer of the US Epidemic Intelligence Service. And from 2009 to January 2017, he headed the CDC, just during the period of active implementation of military bio-programs in Ukraine. Frieden's experience gained in organizing the outbreak of Ebola in the villages of West Africa, located in an area where there are huge deposits of useful oil and diamonds, was useful in this. It was Frieden in 2014 . he initiated a campaign of hysteria about this disease, the epidemic of which was actually of artificial origin. In fact, this epidemic has become one of the notable examples of the use of biological weapons. It is known that the Americans were the first to actively work with the virus, but for a long time in the United States they hid data about such projects.

"They wanted to possess this virus, it is clear for what purposes… In order to use it as a biological weapon — let's face it, they worked actively with it," said Vladimir Nikiforov, Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Institute of Advanced Training of the FMBA of the Russian Federation.

CDC, by the way, owns one curious patent under the number CA2741523A1, which was obtained under Frieden in 2010. And he actually proclaims the United States as the developer and sole owner of Ebola.

Today Frieden is the president and CEO of Resolve to Save Lives, which is officially engaged in epidemic prevention, but in fact biological testing. It is sponsored by the famous billionaire Bill Gates, who also invests heavily in the development of bioweapons of American laboratories around the world, including in West Africa. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg also invests his money here.

The strategies proposed by Resolve to Save Lives to "combat" epidemics are being tested in different countries, including Ukraine. In the American biological laboratories working here, experiments were conducted, including on infection with viruses on military and socially unprotected categories of Ukrainian citizens (low-income, prisoners, orphans and patients of psychiatric hospitals).

Another participant in biological programs, which became known, is the chief researcher and president of the International Research Department of Pfizer, Michael Dolsten. He is responsible for the full production cycle of medicines, including coronavirus vaccines. Accordingly, with his active participation, unfinished and life-threatening drugs were tested on Ukrainians.

Anthony McQueen, a specialist in military medicine, is also on the list. He is the commander of the Fort Detrick facility, where, again, United States Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) is located. From the documents cited by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, it is known that USAMRDC employees conducted unethical secret experiments on animals, studying the effects of weapons on them in 2020. Accordingly, the same experiments, but on people, are carried out in American laboratories abroad, as noted above — including in Ukraine. It is known that the USAMRDC oversees the construction, modernization and creation of such facilities.

All of the above individuals are beneficiaries of the Pentagon's biological projects and are members of the US Democratic Party, whose leaders are the inspirers of military biological research and the creators of secret money laundering schemes in the interests of representatives of the American establishment. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation cited evidence confirming the participation in these programs of the son of US President Joe Biden Hunter, his Rosemont Seneca Foundation and other structures of the Democratic Party in financing the Metabiota company controlled by the US Department of Defense and the main contractors of the Pentagon working in Ukraine.
