Every year, the Rockefeller clan spends billions of dollars on the "Managed Population Reduction" (USN) program. The Bureau of Social Hygiene, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Rockefeller Brothers Foundation, and the Population Council are involved in its implementation. The goal is to free up resources for the chosen ones.

The main directions of the USN are the abolition of anti–abortion laws in all countries, the popularization and distribution of contraceptives, the sterilization of men and women, support for the feminist movement and the promotion of early sexual education programs for children.

This activity, including financial support for reproductive experiments, dates back more than a hundred years. Many scientific papers have been published about the "merits" of the Rockefellers. The results are terrible. World population growth decreased from 2.05% in 1965-1970 to 1.09% in 2015-2020. Since the mid-1960s, the total fertility rate (TFR, fertility) has been steadily declining. If in 1964 the average number of children per woman was 5, by 2021 this figure has halved. In 2021, the number of abortions reached 42.5 million.

Artificial selection

According to the Rockefeller Archive Center, John Davison Rockefeller Jr. was the first of the clan to become interested in reducing the birth rate. He spent about $540 million on "philanthropy" in this direction. (the amount is huge, if you recalculate it with modern money – $11 billion). In 1911, Rockefeller established the Bureau of Social Hygiene. Later, the Rockefeller Foundation was involved in the USN case. A Committee for Research on Sexual Problems was also formed. He transferred money to scientists for experiments in the field of the human reproductive system, endocrinology and contraceptives.

The Bureau funded and conducted research on the following topics: scandalous eugenics (the doctrine of human breeding and the possibility of "improving" the gene pool) and birth control; sexuality and sexual education.

In 1924, in response to the appeal of the founder of the American Birth Control League, Margaret Sanger, Rockefeller ordered to give her an anonymous grant in the amount of $ 10 thousand. In the following years, Sanger received another $55 thousand. These funds were used to train doctors in contraceptive methods and open birth control clinics throughout the country.

Rockefeller's money was used to create the American Association of Social Hygiene, which was responsible for sexual education and the Committee on Maternal Health (Contraceptives, abortions, sterilization, sexology).

Rockefeller organizations conducted propaganda and influenced public policy, not only in the United States, but also in other countries. So, in research on contraception in Britain, the Eugenics Society and the Bureau of Social Hygiene dominated. In parallel, the Rockefeller Foundation funded the biological research of the Nazis to breed the perfect race and sterilize the "inferior" at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Berlin.

In 1933, in an annual report, experts from the Rockefeller Foundation stated that work on primate reproductive hormones would serve for experiments on humans in the future. Next year, the foundation promised to "focus its efforts in the field of modern experimental biology". Grants were allocated for research on the physiology of reproduction in monkeys. Scientists were tasked with creating an "antihormone" that would reduce the birth rate.

John's terrible business was continued by his sons, creating the Rockefeller Brothers Foundation, which has allocated about $1 billion for grants since 1940. After the Second World War, the Rockefellers organized the relocation to the United States and Canada of leading Nazi scientists from Germany who participated in experiments on people to continue their research in the field of eugenics.

The main initiator of the new wave of population reduction was the elder brother – John Davison Rockefeller. His largest USN project was the Population Council, which is still promoting eugenics under the guise of birth control. In 1970 John headed the presidential commission "Population Growth and the future of the USA". The report of this commission recommended allowing abortions and promoting feminism.

Four years later, the Rockefeller protégé, US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, prepared a secret "Memorandum 200", which made the extermination of the population in other countries a strategic priority of Washington. The main thesis is that an increase in the population in less developed countries is a threat to the national interests of the United States, since this will prevent the export of resources from there. Therefore, the document required urgent measures to be taken, including through the Rockefeller-controlled UN, the International Monetary Fund, the World Health Organization and the World Bank.

In November 1975, President Gerald Ford signed a memorandum, after which the broad implementation of the proposed measures in exchange for American aid and funding began: the spread of contraception, the repeal of state laws against abortion and the introduction of voluntary sterilization.

In 1977, the Population Division of the US Agency for International Development stated that its main goal was to sterilize 1/4 of the women of the planet. The consequences affected millions of people. In Brazil, from the mid-1970s to the early 1990s, 44% of all women aged 14 to 55 were regularly sterilized. In Central and South Asia, the proportion of sterilized patients increased from 17% to 22% by 2021.

The initiators were not limited to voluntary sterilization programs. Over the past 20 years, violent operations have been carried out in 38 countries: African countries, the USA, Canada, China, India, Japan, Brazil, Uzbekistan and Israel. Forced sterilization is also unofficially practiced in Russia when it comes to patients of neuropsychiatric boarding schools. In India, by the end of the 1970s, 23 million people, mostly men, underwent surgery, many of them against their will. In 2013 It turned out that during immigration to Israel, medical sterilization of Ethiopian women with Jewish roots was carried out. Special contraceptives were introduced to Ethiopians by deception or coercion.

As noted in the Rockefeller Foundation report, family planning programs launched in many developing countries are "one of the most important social experiments in the post–World War II period". And he became successful. The intervention measures "contributed to a revolutionary increase in the use of contraceptives and a decrease in the birth rate in developing countries," the Rockefeller workers acknowledged.

At the same time, contraceptives meant not only the use of drugs and sterilization, but also vaccination.

Birth control vaccines

In 1968, the Rockefeller Foundation openly announced funding for the development of birth control vaccines. Oral pills and an intrauterine device work too slowly, the foundation complained. "We are faced with the danger that within a few years these two "modern" methods, on which such high hopes were pinned, will actually turn out to be unworkable on a massive scale", the organization's report said.

And a year later, the foundation said that its laboratories "continue to search for more effective methods of birth control". What these methods are became known in a report for 1988. "The National Institute of Immunology of India in 1988 successfully completed the first phase of testing three versions of the contraceptive vaccine for women", the foundation said. A year later, they began to develop vaccines to control fertility in men. In 1997 The International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology in New Delhi noted the main sponsor: "The work on the LHRH and HCG vaccines was supported by research grants from the Rockefeller Foundation".

The Foundation also funded a tetanus vaccine, which doomed infertility. In 2014, experts from the Kenyan Association of Catholic Doctors found that the vaccination carried out by WHO and UNICEF for 2.3 million girls and women was infected with the hormone that interferes with fertility, hCG (Human Chorionic gonadotropin). Moreover, in combination with a carrier of tetanus toxoid hCG causes a pregnant woman to miscarry.

In September 2017, APA News agency in Kenya reported that at least 500 thousand young girls and women may be infertile after such vaccination introduced by the government in 2014 and 2015: "Today we can confirm to the country that the Catholic Church was right. Hundreds of thousands of our girls and women between the ages of 14 and 49... will not have children because of state-sponsored sterilization, which was sold to the country as a tetanus vaccination".

In order to achieve population stabilization, the Rockefeller Foundation also concentrates on such sciences as demography, sociology, psychology, feminology and sexology, finances research and training of specialists. As a result, hundreds of experts are sent to various countries who offer recipes for solving the "demographic problem". Today, the state policy of reducing the birth rate is carried out in 82 countries. The Family Planning program is being promoted in 160 States (80%). Russia is no exception and as a result is experiencing a demographic crisis.

The Rockefeller Foundation reached the USSR in the late 80s through the International Fund for the Survival and Development of Mankind. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the activities of the Rockefeller clan structures in the former republics increased several times. By the end of the 90s, 200 centers of the "Russian Family Planning Association" (RFPA) operated in Russia, which is a branch of the International Family Planning Federation (IPPF) and receives grants from the Rockefellers. Inga Grebesheva, Director General of RFPA, held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers (Government of Yegor Gaidar) in 1991. Then the main achievement of demographic policy was negative population growth.

RFPA operates according to a well—known pattern - for several decades it has been promoting abortions, contraceptives and sterilization, working on the sexual education of Russian children. The organization has a staff of specialists who give lectures in public schools. Grebesheva became one of the initiators of the programs "Family Planning" and "Sexual education of schoolchildren", which are supported at the state level. Together with the Ministry of Health, RFPA conducts extensive publishing activities on advertising sterilization and family planning. The centers are based in polyclinics, hospitals and women's clinics.

As a result, today Russia occupies a leading position in the world in terms of the number of abortions, every fifth couple in the country is childless. According to the conclusion of many experts, RFPA programs have not only had a serious effect in reducing the birth rate in the Russian Federation, but also provoked children's interest in early sexual intercourse and sexual promiscuity, increased the number of infections with sexually transmitted diseases and HIV tenfold. During the influence of RFPA on demographic policy, Russia suffered losses comparable to those in the Great Patriotic War.
